CHILDREN
Ages 3 and up
In person only
At Minds at Peace Counseling, we understand that children are in a constant state of development, each stage presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. We recognize the importance of providing a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel empowered to explore their emotions, learn coping skills, and build resilience.
ADOLESCENTS
Ages 13 to 18
In person and online
At Minds at Peace Counseling, we understand the unique challenges that adolescents face in today's world. With so many mixed messages and pressures, it can be hard to navigate life's ups and downs on your own. That's why we offer specialized counseling services tailored to the needs of teenagers just like you. Together, we'll work to find strategies and coping mechanisms to help you manage stress and anxiety, build positive relationships, and cultivate a greater sense of self.
Why You Won’t Find Reviews on Google
As a licensed clinical social worker, I follow the NASW Code of Ethics, which prohibits requesting testimonials or reviews from clients—past or present. This guideline exists to protect the therapeutic relationship, avoid any sense of obligation or pressure, and prioritize your privacy and well-being.
While I understand that online reviews are a common way to evaluate services, in the field of therapy, maintaining clear boundaries and respecting confidentiality must come first. For that reason, I do not solicit or post client feedback publicly.
